The Pre-licensing class can be taken either in a classroom or via virtual/distance learning. If you opt for the classroom version, then you will receive a MV-278 Certificate of Completion. All courses have the same curriculum, regardless of which version you take. The provider will report your completion to the DMV when you have successfully completed your course.
